WHERE CAN I BUY SPITFIRE LEATHER PRODUCTS?

Currently Spitfire Leather is exclusively online, the only place you can buy Spitfire Leather products is www.spitfireleather.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED

All orders are processed the next business day*. If we have your items in stock they will be shipped that day. (*excluding UK public holidays)
If your items are not in stock, or you have ordered a custom made produce, we will write to you to give you an estimate of when your item will be shipped. 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we ship worldwide. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer flat-rate shipping to all our customers. One rate for UK domestic, another for shipping to anywhere else in the world.
If you are in the UK we use Royal Mail next-day delivery shipping. All deliveries must be signed for. 
If you are anywhere else in the world, we use international couriers to ship your items to you, normally within 3-5 business days.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES IN MY COUNTRY?

All our shipments are sent by courier in plain boxes. Some countries may make you pay taxes and duties when you receive your order please contact your local customs for information.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

So you've found yourself some gear to buy and you're ready to place an order - here's what you need to do.
Please click on the items you'd like to order - you will be presented with a description of the item and any relevant info, including sizing/colour choice/trim choice (if applicable).Please also make note if the item has a lead time (time taken to ship the item).
Then select the size/colour (if applicable) and any extra options (if applicable).Click “Add to Cart”.
Repeat for any other items you require.
When you are ready to check out, click on the shopping basket icon in the top right hand corner. Double check the items you want are in your order and make sure to double check your size/colour/trim choices. Made to order items are non-returnable in most cases so be very careful when ordering this.
If you have any special instructions, please type them in the box marked "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER"
After you have checked your order, click “Checkout” beneath the subtotal line.
[If you have Apple Pay, you can just click on the "Buy with Apple Pay" button on this page and your order will be processed automatically through your Apple Pay cards.]
Enter your email address and any relevant billing/shipping information (or enter your email and click on Log in if you have an account with us).
If you have a Discount Code, enter it on this page and click "Continue to Shipping Method".
We offer two levels of flat-rate shipping. Your item will be couriered to you wherever you are in the world. 
Click Continue to Payment Methods.
Then enter your credit card details. Our checkout is secured with SSL and we have no access to your credit card information at any point.  If you have a gift card, click on “Have a gift card? Click here to enter it”.  You have the opportunity to use a different billing address too if you so wish. The billing address must match the address that your payment method is registered to.
Click “Continue” and you will be sent to the final confirmation screen. Check everything is okay and then click on “Pay Now” to complete your purchase! You can also tick or untick the box to subscribe to our newsletter at this point too.If you do not have an account registered to that email address already then you will be given the opportunity to make an account.
